Info och anmälan: uppstart av Kommunens återkomst

Nu närmar sig startskottet för 2026 års ritualdrivna expedition och vi på RITE hoppas du både kan och vill medverka!

Planen för uppstartsprocessen är att vi gemensamt skapar och aktiverar de ritualdrivna möjlighetsrum där det fortsatta utvecklingsarbetet ska bedrivas.

Uppstarten sker i Skövde
RITE arrangerar där två träffar i maj/juni. Vi hoppas att alla inbjudna kan delta i båda träffarna, eller åtminstone en av dem.

Vi kommer att hålla till i Skövde Kulturhus, granne med järnvägsstationen, som en del av Konstmuseets process-år 2026

Träff nr 1:
Den första träffen sker i slutet av vecka 22 – lunch till lunch-format:
Start kl 13:00 fredag 29 maj och avsluning efter lunch lördag 30 maj.

Träff nr 2:
Den andra träffen genomförs i vecka 26 – lunch till lunch-format även då:

Start kl 13:00 torsdag 25 juni, och avslutning efter lunch fredag 26 juni.

I processplanen har träffarna rubriken Situation Roaming – uppstartsmöten där RITE, inbjudna forskare, kommunföreträdare och andra intressenter gemensamt kartlägger utmaningar och förbereder den fortsatta processen.

Mer konkret:

Träff nr 1, 29-30 maj, fokuserar på att gemensamt kartlägga möjligheter och utmaningar samt påbörja planering av vår kommande färd/process/expedition. Ett lekfullt lagbygge, kring frågor som “vilka är vi, vad vill vi utforska tillsammans, hur ser våra relationer och förutsättningar ut”?, etc. Målet är att dag två ha definierat vilka vi är och tagit ut riktningen för den fortsatta resan.

Träff nr 2, 25-26 juni, inleds med att vi inkluderar nytillkomna deltagare genom att repetera och vidareutveckla reflektioner och slutsatser från träff nr 1, därefter fortsätter vi att gemensamt planera och förbereda oss inför hösten 2026. Dag två avslutas preliminärt med en ceremoniell invigning av det handlingsutrymme vi nu mejslat fram.

Medverkan är kostnadsfri och inkluderar eftermiddagsfika och middag dag ett och förmiddagsfika samt lunch dag två. Dessutom ordnar RITE med hotellövernattning, inklusive frukost. Vi kan även finansiera och boka resa tor Skövde med tåg om du inte hellre arrangerar detta själv eller låter din institution stå för resekostnaderna.

Vi hoppas som sagt att du kan medverka i båda uppstartsträffarna, eller minst en av dem. Och – än en gång: HJÄRTLIGT VÄLKOMMEN!

The launch of The Return of the Municipality is now approaching, and we hope that you are both able and willing to participate!

Our plan for the initiation process is to jointly create and activate the ritual-driven spaces of possibility in which the continued development work will unfold.

The launch will take place in Skövde
RITE organizes two gatherings there in May/June, and you are warmly invited to participate. Our hope is that all invitees will attend both sessions, or at least one of them. We will be based at Skövde Konstmuseum, next to the railway station, as part of the Museum’s process year 2026, “Hela havet stormar”.

The first gathering will take place at the end of May, in a lunch-to-lunch format, starting at 13:00 on Friday, May 29, and concluding after lunch on Saturday, May 30.

The second gathering will take place at the end of June, also in a lunch-to-lunch format, starting at 13:00 on Thursday, June 25, and concluding after lunch on Friday, June 26.

In the process plan, these gatherings are referred to as Situation Roaming – initiation meetings where RITE, invited researchers, municipal representatives, and other stakeholders jointly map challenges and prepare the process ahead.

More concretely:
Gathering 1 (May 29–30) will focus on collectively mapping opportunities and challenges, and on initiating the planning of our shared journey/process/expedition. It will take the form of a playful team-building exercise, centered around questions such as: Who are we? What do we want to explore together? What do our relationships and conditions look like? The aim is that by the end of day two, we will have defined who we are and set a direction for the journey ahead.

Gathering 2 (June 25–26) begins by welcoming new participants through a revisiting and further development of reflections and conclusions from the first meeting. We then continue to jointly plan and prepare for autumn 2026. Day two will tentatively conclude with a ceremonial inauguration of the action space we have now set up.

Participation is free of charge and includes afternoon coffee and dinner on day one, as well as morning coffee and lunch on day two. RITE will also arrange hotel accommodation, including breakfast. We can furthermore book and cover train travel to and from Skövde if you don’t prefer to arrange this yourself or through your institution.
