Strengthened Partnership RITE/KTH

In 2026, we will broaden the RITE/KTH partnership in an exploration that may affect the entire University of Technology.

Since February last year, RITE has been collaborating with the research group Sustainable Futures Lab and the master’s programme Sustainable Digitalization at KTH in a strategic partnership. The aim is to jointly develop rites and rituals that challenge social structures and cultivate alternative approaches in ways that are beneficial to both the research team and the master’s programme.

In 2026, our collaboration will be deepened when one of the researchers in the partnership sets out to develop and implement a ritual intervention in a self-imposed role as a RITE agent. Purpose: to strengthen the principle that the School of Engineering should strive for user-oriented operational support. Method: to challenge burdensome administrative processes that create low benefit and thereby stand in the way of the university’s core mission. Form: Licenced fool / Court Jester
